We do not offer engagement from bots, fake accounts, or hijacked accounts. We do not offer our Services to businesses or influencers, and we do not permit use for commercial gain.

What we refuse

We may refuse, cancel, or suspend an order or account where we believe you are:

• using the Services for business, influencer, or other commercial purposes;
• presenting purchased engagement as independent reviews or testimonials;
• requesting bots, fake accounts, or hijacked accounts;
• targeting an account you do not own or control without authorisation;
• using the Services for political or electoral manipulation.

Authenticity

How we source and monitor engagement is described on our Methodology page. Ultra engagement is sourced from real people in our Follow & Earn programme. We do not sell bot traffic.
