SEO Specialist
Own everything SEO across Social Crow: content strategy, publishing, technical SEO basics, and link acquisition (guest posts, outreach, and creative collaborations).
Role overview
This is a hands-on role for an SEO generalist who can take initiative and drive organic growth without constant direction. You’ll own our blog/content pipeline, improve site structure and on-page SEO, and build backlinks through outreach and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Own the SEO roadmap: audits, priorities, execution, and reporting.
- Manage and grow the blog: topic research, briefs, optimization, and publishing.
- Improve on-page SEO: information architecture, internal linking, metadata, and content refreshes.
- Drive backlink growth: outreach, guest posts, link reclamation, and creative content collaborations.
- Partner with engineering on technical SEO basics (crawlability, indexing, performance, sitemaps).
Requirements
- Proven experience growing organic traffic for a website or content brand.
- Experience with link building and outreach (guest posts / digital PR).
- Strong on-page fundamentals: keywords, intent, internal links, content structure.
- Clear writing + editing skills (or strong taste and ability to guide writers).
- Self-directed: you find opportunities and execute without hand-holding.
Engineering
Full Stack Software Engineer (x4)
Join us in building the next generation of marketing tools. Our stack is TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, and the broader T3 ecosystem.
What you’ll do
- Ship product features end-to-end (UI → API → integrations).
- Build internal tools and automations that save time and reduce errors.
- Improve reliability, performance, and developer experience.
- Own problems and propose solutions — not just tickets.
Requirements
- Strong TypeScript + React experience.
- Comfortable in Next.js and modern frontend patterns.
- Familiarity with Tailwind and component-driven UI.
- Pragmatic: you optimize for outcomes, not ceremony.
Compensation
Top compensation packages with meaningful equity. Target range: 60–110k per year.
