You must add our bot via https://online.onlydiscord.com with full permissions, and disable anti-raid bots. Set server security to "None" or "Low" (Server Settings > Verification Level). Do not ban members during the process; actions can be taken after completion. Use a permanent invite link, as invalid links void your compensation or refill rights.
