Account not found, private, or link not working

If your order page says we can't find your account or post, the fix is usually quick.

Common causes:

• The account is private or protected. Make it public until the order is complete.
• The username has a typo or has changed. Send us the current username.
• The link doesn't go to a post. For likes, views and comments we need the link to the exact post or video, not your profile.
• The post was deleted or archived, or the account is restricted in some countries.

Accepted formats, for example on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/yourname, @yourname or yourname.

Once it's fixed, open your order page and choose Chat with us, or reply in your existing chat. We'll pick the order back up.
