Once it starts, delivery is paced so your account grows at a natural rate rather than all at once:
- Small orders usually finish within a few hours.
- Larger orders can be spread over several days.
The estimate shown when you chose the service is a guide. Most orders finish sooner, and a few take longer.
Checking progress
Your order page shows where each item is up to. You'll find the link in your confirmation email. You don't need an account to see it.
If it hasn't started
If nothing has happened after 24 hours, open your order page and choose Chat with us. We'll check it and tell you what's going on.
