Can I stop or cancel an order?

Yes. Open your order page, choose Chat with us and tell us which order or item you want stopped.

• If delivery hasn't started, we can usually stop it straight away.
• If it's running, we'll stop the rest of the delivery. That can take a little while to confirm, and we'll tell you once it's done.
• If it has already finished, there's nothing left to stop. Followers, likes and views that have already been delivered can't be taken back.

We'll tell you what was delivered before it stopped, and what happens with the rest of your order.
