Every order has its own order page showing each item's progress. It's linked from your confirmation email.

- Signed in? Your orders are also listed in your account.
Can't find your confirmation email?
Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Social Crow. If it isn't there, go to Help and choose I don't have my order number. Enter the email you used at checkout and we'll send you a 6-digit code. Once you've entered it, you can see and get help with every order on that email.
If something needs attention
If an item can't be delivered, for example because the account is private or a link is broken, your order page says what to change. You can also chat with us from there.
